Sized at 10” diameter x 3” height, it includes fixtures and is ready to be styled as a unique statement piece.
Being part of our Not So Perfect collection, this lamp shade carries a few imperfections that make it one-of-a-kind:
-
Slightly rough texture inside and along the circular edges
-
Minor discoloration in certain areas
-
Small wear marks around the rim
-
Package Includes: Lamp Shade, Fixture as shown in the photo
These gentle flaws do not affect its usability or beauty - if anything, they add to the character of a piece that has been shaped and painted entirely by hand. Perfect for those who love art that wears its history proudly.
This Blue Pottery Hanging Lamp can be a stand alone piece in your room decor or above your dining table/kitchen island.
About Blue Pottery:
The Art of blue pottery came to Jaipur from Persia and Afghanistan via Mughal Courts. Creating the right blend by mixing quartz stone powder, powdered glass, Multani Mitti (Fuller’s Earth), borax, gum, and water is at the core of Jaipur Blue Pottery. The pottery is completely different from the regular ceramics which use the clay from the river bed, which results in its uniqueness and exclusivity. The name blue pottery comes from the eye-catching cobalt blue color dye which is used in adorning the products. Each and every piece of blue pottery ware is hand-painted hence unique.
