Shipping & Refund Policy:

Prosperity is located in Ahmedabad, India and currently offers the following shipping options:
  • Self Pick up
  • Free Shipping, across India
  • For international orders, please reach out to us and we will respond with additional shipping charges based on your location


1. Your order will typically be dispatched in 2-3 working days
2. We will not honour any cancellations made more than 24 hours after placement of the order
3. Due to fragile or high value nature of our products, they are not returnable
 

4. If the order can not reach to the buyer due to error in address, pincode or phone number, refund will be generated after deducting shipping cost, return shipping cost.

5. If the product you are ordering is especially fragile, we recommend that you use your cellphone to take a video of the unpacking process. This avoids any misunderstanding and we will be happy to replace them if the products have were damaged during transit and before they were unpacked.

6. Kindly check the product within 48 hrs of its delivery to you and report to us if any damage or wrong product.

7. If the products are incorrectly shipped or were damaged in transit, please reach to us through what's app - 96381-36369 or prosperitymirra@gmail.com within 48 hrs of delivery with Video & Photographs. 

Refund for the damaged product is typically processed in 10 working days via the same payment mode as payment was made. Please appreciate that the refunds once initiated by us are no longer in our control and depend on the time three banks and payment gateways take to complete the process

8. Typically, most order are delivered within 7-10 working days after placing the order


Shipping & Refund Policy (For Partial Payment Orders)

1. Shipping

Orders placed with partial payment (such as 20% advance) will be processed once the advance amount is received.

The remaining balance will be collected as per the chosen payment method at delivery or before dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including correct pincode and reachable contact number.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/email.

2. Non-Delivery / Failed Delivery

If the shipment is returned due to any of the following customer-related reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Wrong pincode
  • Customer unavailable or unreachable
  • Customer refusal to accept the parcel
  • Customer fails to collect the order from the courier (where applicable)
→ The partial payment will be considered a cancellation fee and will NOT be refunded. This is because shipping, packing, and handling costs are already incurred once the order leaves our studio.

3. Damage or Breakage

In case of any damage during transit, we will replace the product at no extra cost.

The customer must share unboxing video or photos within 24 hours of delivery for eligibility.

4. Cancellation

Orders placed with partial payment cannot be cancelled once processed.

If cancellation is requested before dispatch, the partial payment may be adjusted against future orders.
